We have set-up quite an extensive forum guide section which you may like to refer to for help and it can be found HERE As a new member you are encouraged you to familiarize yourself with the following section of the forum: Site Navigation & Forum Guides If you could update your location and add your name, Member ID and Exy model into your signature of the Miscellaneous section of the Control Panel it would help us all to answer any future questions you might have. nondisclosed_email@example.com (Revhead Kev)Tue, 15 Jun 2021 12:09:39 +0000 james steps into the room to be seen and advisedhttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2098601,from=rss#post2098601https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2098601,from=rss#post2098601hello experienced exy owners. ive been a lurker for a couple of years but looks like i might need some help with issues as they occur now. i live in north eastern suburbs of Melbourne. ive got a 2007 ST-S petrol exy that i brought with 35000ks on the clock (was used by a old guy as a shopping basket for most of its life) about 2 years ago. it has a sunroof and mini bull bar with spot lights mounted but not connected it doesn't have a 40th anniversary sticker. it has had the air bags and front brake disks changed and has service stamps done up to 100000ks so far ive changed the stereo to a 2 din android player (isdar not so good) changed a front left wheel bearing and installed roof racks. love the flat floor for throwing all sorts of stuff in the back and the clearance for driving over all the shit on the roads in melbourne. have driven it a bit round rural vic sometimes towing a small homemade camper box similar to a small caravan. happy to drive on easy gravel roads and on farm paddocks but rarely have put it in 4wd. buying a car with such low ks means where most people have already gone through the issues im only seeing them now ten years later. makes it a bit harder to find the latest advice on parts and suppliers, and i would like recommendations for a mechanic. have just hit 50000ks and have recently had a couple of engine stalls while driving (restarted while in motion) then this week had a big jerk/shudder on motorway and the orange engine light came on. looks like i need to change my crank and cam sensors! anyway look forward to participating in this forum.
