Re: Dash keeps telling me I'm due for a service when it's not
I had the same thing happen to me in a previous car many years ago.
Easiest thing is to call the dealer and explain the problem. They should reset the indication for you free of charge while you wait.

Re: Dash keeps telling me I'm due for a service when it's not
Hello Lucy
Is this the Wrench Symbol? that indicates that an oil change is due, you can reset that your self, if you have OEM handbook pg 2-13
Setting distance to oil change
The distance to oil change can be adjusted or disabled using the trip computer mode switch A (left hand by speedo)
To adjust oil change interval
(1) Push and hold A for more than 3 seconds while the wrench symbol and
distance to oil change is displayed.
If adjusting from zero, push and hold Trip Mode Switch A for more than 3
seconds, within 5 seconds of turning Ignition switch to on
The wrench symbol will start flashing
(2) While the Wrench symbol is flashing, push A again to enter adjusting mode
If adjusting from zero, push A to set default distance to oil change.
(3) To adjust the interval, turn the trip mode switch clockwise or counter
clock to increase/decrease, each turn increases/decreases by 1000km
(500 miles)
Once you have suitable interval, the display will switch to oil level, once you have stopped turning A
