Non-Renewal of Dealership Agreements by Nissan Australia Unfortunately Nissan Australia has decided not to renew the dealership agreement with my local centre Col Crawford's.
This now means any warranty work I need to get done on my Xtrail (particularly for the airbags) will have to be done at Chatswood which is a major pain in the ass.
Instead of driving 5 mins from home to Narrabeen and catching a lift with a workmate to and from work, I will now have to drive more than half an hour and then find either an expensive cab ride or long, complicated public transport route back to Belrose.
Why Nissan have decided to do this and alienate all the Nissan owners on the Northern Beaches has not been explained but I am sure it will damage sales in this area of Sydney.
Col Crawford's have been in the area and associated with Nissan over 40 years, from back in the Datsun days, and I am sure they would have continued to loyaly sell and service Nissans well into the future.
