T31 6SP Manual 4WD Gearbox Oil Level

I have been finding that shifting to 5th is quite stiff. I changed the gearbox oil with Penrite ProGear 75w85. The Service Manual (MA-67) says to check oil level with a special guage. From the illustration, I am guessing I measure from the top of the fill hole to the oil? If this is correct would it be the 85-90mm specified on TM-181?

Thanks

emoticon I read your post and thinking maybe you can help me and tell me exactly where the
filler plug on the t31 gearbox is located (with a picture) as I want to change all
the oils on my 2009 t31 diesel?
