Hi Ella,
Please refer to THESE fitting instructions for the non-sunroof variant. The parts list will be almost identical between the 2 models and there will also be a slight variation in the fitting but the general concept is the same.

I don't think you'll be able to find the fitting kit anywhere and even if Nissan had it they would try and sell you the whole thing and not just the fitting kit. It's the same story with buying a used nudge bar from eBay or Gumtree. So unless you try and fabricate your own fitting kit based on the original, your chances are very slim.
One last option is to try and call some wreckers and see if you get lucky.
