Re: Re:
Still think it could be a fun little DIY project with the right wiring diagram. The series 1 dash is really bad, keen to try to update it.

I know it is too much, I gave them 200 EUR also, but I didn’t trust myself to do it another way. I have seen posts of people doing it wire by wire, manually with no plug, but I was afraid of short circuiting the car.
I've been unable to find any information of people doing it wire by wire without a plug from Xanavi.ru. Anyone find any posts of people doing this and can share?
I did find the video from 2016 from (Alois) Xanavi channel talking about it the cluster swap via a special connector but naturally no information on how to DIY Google translates their web post on it to indicate whatever solution it is, it is 'per customer'...
Service delivery options:
- Remotely
- We can go to you to provide the service
At the request of customers, we have developed and successfully installed the dashboard of the 2010 model on nissan cars of 2006-2010.
Installation takes place without cutting the standard wiring.
We installed a special connector (shown in the video), which made it possible not to cut the standard wiring.
All readings of the old wiring have been preserved on the new one.
Visualization is now on display and more intuitive.
List of Nissan models where this service
is possible : - Xtrail
