The Rainforest Way (Qld/NSW border) A couple of weeks ago I took my T32 for a spin around the Rainforest Way (Trek 4 in the 4WD treks close to Brisbane book). Started in Beaudesert and worked anti clockwise back to Nerang. I waited until Simes Rd before I dropped tyre pressures. 28 all around, Dunlop Grantrek AT3s grip well enough, but I knew there'd be corrugations ahead, so this was for comfort.
Paid the fee and filled in the vehicle pass and made my way through the Border Ranges NP. Did a few little bush walks, eyed off Mt Warning in the middle of the Green Cauldron and ate up dirt road kilometers.
Sadly on the way back, I saw these boys in action after a bike and car collided. A broken leg for the rider and the falcon got towed.
And just for shiggles, a tuck and a flex shot to get you through the week!
