What service should I do at 240,000km?

Just got this buggy from my son. He regularly serviced it at his local garage, but I do not think much was done preventative wise over the past couple of years.
I journey to Mexico for a month and have a great mechanic that does work very cheap. So I like to buy parts online here and just take them for him to install. I am buying parts from rockauto.com as they are one of the few that sells parts in the US.
I am planning to do the following, just because it is a good time to do so, but have some questions. Also, anything else should be done???? Of course regular oil changes goes without saying.

fan/accessory belt Is there only one belt?
oxygen sensor
spark plugs, but should I also replace original wires? I do not see a wire set online
fuel filter...do not see this part online
flush rad and replace thermostat
replace semi synthetic gear oil with viscosity 75W90 for the manual transmission, differential gears and transfer case

Re:

Hi Willy,

The scheduled Nissan service finishes at 100,000kms and then re-starts again, so assuming all previous services were done on time, your now upto the 40,000kms service. You can download the service schedule from our main page HERE

I have the sched, no, I am sure he did not follow it.
So now I am doing the things that would have been let go because there was no problem.

Generally how is it running Willy ?

Depending on what type of driving has been done in it, there could be many bushes and mounts which may need replacing too.

Driven gently, until now.
They lived in a small town, rarely off pavement.

It is running very well. Ride seems choppy but struts are not leaking.

It has regularly been checked over, just not had the high mileage maint done, like rad flush or diff changes.
Things have been fixed as noticed.
I am looking to catch up on the high mileage sched. items, identified in my first post....
