Drove it on reasonable to good roads at speeds from 40km/h to 105 km/h and no heating issues at all.nondisclosed_email@example.com (DaemonS)Tue, 29 Dec 2015 07:56:40 +0000 Re: Hyper Roof & add. I think I will use seperate wiring for it. Any idea how to fit the LED bar in front? I do not want to put it on the bumper as it will vibrate a lot. One idea was to use the metal frame around the radiator to fix it there and then go through the front grill where the nissan logo is. Will this affect the radiator and the cooling? Cheers!nondisclosed_email@example.com (CatfishSaone)Wed, 09 Sep 2015 16:22:21 +0000 Re: Hyper Roof & add. The extra current the LED lightbar would draw in addition to the hyper-roof rail lights will be too much and would continually blow the fuse. Also, do not increase the fuse size to compensate for the extra load as it could melt the switch and wiring insulation causing shorts or at worse a fire in the roof lining. You will need to run extra wires for the LED lightbar, though you could use the same switch to power a relay for the LED lightbar supply.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Revhead Kev)Thu, 03 Sep 2015 22:03:19 +0000 Re:https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2088940,from=rss#post2088940https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2088940,from=rss#post2088940Yes, am sure that would be possible and the wires coming to your roof rail would most likely be coming from under the rear tail lights, so remove the tail lights and have a look for the wires going to the roof and if you can't find anything then unclip the front section of the hyper roof rails housing just like you would normally do to replace the bulb in the roof rails and see where the wires are coming from.nondisclosed_email@example.com (jalalski)Wed, 02 Sep 2015 20:44:16 +0000 Hyper Roof & add. As I live in Kenya, the LED bar is legal :-) Ok my question is... Is there any way to use the power supply from the Hyper Roof for the LED bar? What would be the best solution? Would be great it there is a way as I then can use the same switch as well. Thanks!nondisclosed_email@example.com (CatfishSaone)Wed, 02 Sep 2015 20:28:48 +0000
