Hot Water Heat Exchange system

Has anyone put one of these in their Xtrail?
Bushranger and Helton make them for example.
They live under the hood.
I like the idea as won't take up any room in the back of car, but still get hot water easily for a shower (I can dream). Know that the Coleman system is well thought of, but I am out of room.

Re:

There's really not really THAT much room at the front... our engine bay is pretty tight. I wanted an ARB compressor, and couldn't figure out where to put the thing.
