rusted nuts

I need to change the gasket in the flange behind the cat converter on my 2003 T30. Problem is bolts will not come undone, if I grind off the flat round head on the converter side will the bolt fall out or is it welded into the flange.

Re: rusted nuts

Hi Paul,

If I remember correctly none of the exhaust bolts are the welded type, so yes they should fall off if you cut them with a grinder.
