Re:

yeah drop down to supercheap auto, and check out the Gabriel strut boot kits - they are $25 each, and come with a bump stop.

and... something happened to my last post. seems to happen alot in this forum.

Try "suzukisuper" on ebay.

He is in Australia, and has boots to fit most struts - including those in your exy.

Re: Your thoughts on cheap T30 shockies

When I asked "suzukisuper" about the kyb bump stops and covers he said he doesn't have them so anything he does have will be 3rd party items. How do we know they will fit until we get them and then have the hassle of returning them if unsuitable ?

Re:

Pretty much, so long as the boot fits the bump stop you will be ok.

Most boots will fit more than the specified travel of strut.

With suspension boots, an air-tight seal is not the idea - as you don't want it sucking junk back in.

Bump stops wont affect your ride - as they are an emergency stop, in the case of extreme suspension travel or failure.

The only thing you really want to look at is the inside diameter of the bump stop, as a good fit will help to keep it at the top of the strut.
