It looks like it has a lift too with the underbody-line being so close to the centre of the wheels.
One website mentions 205mm clearance with added underbody protection plates and front slider.
Just need to find a comparison of the ride height with the standard T32.

Not sure if you understand how the humble simple spring lift works, but in general you don't gain any articulation when lifting a vehicle. Articulation will always be limited by control arms, shocks and sway bars, no matter what vehicle you drive. My xtrail has been lifted (twice), and similar to this t32 has also been fitted with bigger tyres, and even then you can still see that this t32 has more guard clearance than mine. I can admit that's a little impressive.
