Re: Drew's T31 EXY
Well they're not particularly great spots; it might be a different story with higher quality ones. But considering I paid more or less the same for them, it's obvious which gives the better bang for buck in that price range.

Re: Drew's T31 EXY
Guess which smart cookie did this?
I was taking the mirror lens out to see how difficult it would be to fit a small manoeuvring camera into the bottom of the mirror surround.
Still not sure why it cracked, didn't use much pressure putting it back in!

Re:
Damn, not good
You probably flexed the body of the mirror lens a bit too much when pushing it in. That's gonna cost you around $55 bucks to replace from the dealer or less if you can find one at the wreckers.
Alternatively, just upgrade to the LED Mirror Lenses

Re: Drew's T31 EXY
Oh damn I forgot about those! I already ordered one from the local dealer. Oh well if you're lucky Jalal I might break another one when I actually do install a camera in there lol.

Re: Drew's T31 EXY
Nicely done with the pics of the lightbar at night Drew. Sure shows the effect especially the animated GIF.
Are your spots 55W or 100W halogen each ? They seem to just throw that little bit further as you can see by the extra sign lighting up in the distance.

Re: Drew's T31 EXY
Those are the 100W halogens they came with. They do get that extra little bit of distance, but I don't find the amount particularly useful at that distance.
I've considered an aftermarket HID kit for them, but haven't pulled the trigger yet.
