what products are safe to use on a glazed exxy?

hi everyone. We got our exxy in feb 2011, its a 2010 st model, it was only 3 months old, and we got the crysral glaze paint protection on it.
We recently had a lazy period of not washing the car for about 6 months. Upon washing it we found 3 opaque marks on the passenger door, driver side.
No idea what caused them or how long they've been there. We do go bush every week so its parked under trees alot.
Bearing in mind that its glazed and we dont know what's caused the marks, what would be a safe product to try that wont damage the glaze?
I have rp7, baking soda, goo remover, etc but am willing to buy something if anyone knows of a tried and tested and safe product.
Any feedback would be great, thankyou..

Re:

Take it back to the place that put the paint protection for you and get them to sort it out or offer an opinion. After all you paid heaps of money for this stuff to do a certain function.

Re:

A picture would help.
There must have been a bit of water present that has reacted with the glaze when it was applied to make it turn opaque, try a hair dryer to heat the mark away.
If not take it back and get them to fix it.

Re: Re:

I'd lean towards taking it back to the vendor for them to fix.

Do not touch it.

With any action you take to "fix" it before you take it back, they can say that your action is the sole cause of the problem, so they are not responsible for the blemish.

Re: what products are safe to use on a glazed exxy?

thanks for your answers everyone, but you all didn't quite get my dilemma. We got the car glazed professionally when we bought it from the nissan dealer in feb 2011. Theres nothing wrong with the glaze, its perfect.
I know some of you think its a waste of money but we had it before on our falcon which we had for 10 years and we know its worth it.
Something is ON it, like tree sap or something, but thats the thing, we dont know what it is or how long its been there because we didnt wash the car for about 6 months.
It's our fault.
Just wondering what kind of products would be safe to try that won't affect the glaze.
Sorry if i didn't explain myself properly the first time round..

Re:

Arhh OK,
Surely they would have told you what products you could wash and clean the car with when you got the car done.
It all depends on the product they used on the car, some are applied in several coats and some have a one coat system.
Time to dig out the paperwork and do some investigating.
A simple phone call to them would answer your question.
