Changing oil T31

Hello all,

I couldnt find a DIY anywhere? Has anyone on here changed their own oil in the T31. Just wondering the best access point to the oil filter?

Thanks

Will

Re: Changing oil T31

I haven't changed the oil filter myself but I believe that by removing front driver's side wheel and unclipping the plastic wheel arch surround may be the easiest access point for the oil filter...what do others thinks??

cheers

Re:

Diesel or Petrol?

Please update your signature to reflect the model of your exy, as this information is important when answering questions like this one.

Re: Changing oil T31

Well good morning Jalal and it's great to know that our esteemed president ( driving petrol fired exys) can look "outside the square" on all matters xtrail...and rightly points out that there are obvious differences between the petrol and diesel engine assemblies.

So Will, if you are running a diesel then my suggestion is probably useless as I know nil about diesels. Ah, and also Jalal's suggestion to update your signature to reflect your exy model is sound advice for all members.

cheers all again and have a great weekend.
