wow. i love the draw setup so much i have just emailed the company. i hope they can make one with a larger fridge space as i have a larger fridge. i hope it doesn't cost 3000 bucks haha.

Don't get me wrong, it's a really functional and attractive setup.. but even with the fact that it would be a pain in the a** , you could easily knock up something like that for less than $1000, even with the gas-struts to assist with lifting the false floor, etc. I wouldn't pay that kind of money for a full-size drawer system in a landcruiser/patrol, and those things are twice the size of that xtrail-specific drawer system. I never enquired about the price with that site, as I sold my T30, but I wouldn't have even considered it for that price.

I can understand the price tag for such a system which includes the time spent designing it and make it readily available for those who can't embark on such a project as DIY activity. Totally justified indeed.
