Nope not Phillip Island. This area is listed as one of the best motorcycling roads in NSW.

All the roads have changed.
Haven't been any further south than Armidale since 2006 I think.

Came back from there a week before Australia Day and I reckon it is the best road to ride in NSW for sure. The scenery is just amazing and the turns are fun to explore on the bike.
