No worries Tony. Thanks for letting me know.
Hopefully we get some more interest. No one I haven't already met seems interested...

Re: Macdonald Valley/Yengo NP Saturday 18th August - Beginners Run NSW

Arthur the morning will be super easy as will the first hour or two after lunch. There is some moderate 4WDing after that but nothing hard. This trip is designed to get some newbies interested in getting their X-tail dirty, so there is nothing included that will 'hurt' a standard X-trail.

Depending how we go for time there may be a couple of side tracks in the National Park but I would want to get the newbies to Putty Road before trying anything like that.

I hope no one is getting offended by me calling people 'newbies'. It's just easier than saying 'people with stock X-trails' emoticon

Todd,

Do you want me to post a link to this outing on our Facebook page to maybe attract new xtrail owners that way?

Go for it Jalal. That is a great idea. Anything to encourage people who normally wouldn't try something like this to have a go.

Count me in as a tentative Todd, I'll just check with my wife if I'm free to go. Sounds like a great trip!😄
