Wheel nuts

Hi guys I picked a set of x trail alloys of eBay for a good price,my question is will the chrome wheel nuts on my steel rims be suitable for the alloys or should I go out and buy some that will suit the alloys.
Cheers steve

I think they are suitable, as I remember re-using them when I had the T30.

Re:

Steve,
Check the type of hole and the diameter in both sets of wheels to make sure they are the same.
If they are the nuts should fit.
Some wheel nuts are tapered where they meet the wheel and some are just flat.

I think you would be OK to use the same nuts.

Re: Wheel nuts

The Alloys are on and the chrome nuts from the steel rims fit perfectly. Now to get some new tyres as the ones that are on still have some tread on them but they are "serangetty" tyres which I have never heard of,but they are quieter than the Bridgestone duelers.
