Xtrail Dci in the snow!

Hi guys,
This is some amazing footage of a Dci Xtrail in the snow. At the start it looks like a Black and White video but it is just the black Xtrail against the snow, tonnes of it. Obviously the choice of tyres and the guy's driving skills make it look unstoppable and no doubt he has Jalal's bash plates fitted underneath. Check out the 3 minute 20 second mark where the right rear is in mid air spinning then it seems to stop and the Xtrail moves forward. Either it touches back down or the BLSD system cuts in, brilliant. I'm not sure what country he is in, I don't even want to guess having been shot down in flames previously.

It looks like a very cold Russian winter to me.

Re:

Yep, that's in Russia indeed. The YouTube username is a dead give-away emoticon

Looks like this T31 owner has done the right thing by rolling back to the T30 16" alloy wheels for this type of off-roading. He did say in the comments that the snow was very soft, so under-carriage damage was to worry about.

Great video!.

Made my toes numb just watching that.

Very impressive performance - didn't lose rear bumper either.

Looks like it was in "Lock" mode most of the time as all 4 wheels seemed to be rotating same speed, even with a rear in the air.

Just above video are 3 buttons - one labeled "35 videos". Check out the others emoticon
