Michelin Latitude Cross vs Latitude HP

Hi,

I am about to buy new tyres as the Bridgestone 687 originals are balding.

I've had a fairly good look at the new Michelin Latitude Cross (65/35) tires and they look o.k, i'm not off road much but live on Sunnie Coast QLD with Noosa beach 25 mins away + we get heaps of rain and i like the idea of extra traction.

Anyone experienced these or heard anythign on them?

I've also sussed out the Latitude HPs which are 90/10 usage but the cross series alledgey handle road as well.

Thanks

Re: Michelin Latitude Cross vs Latitude HP

A work mate has the lattitude cross on his forester, he seems to happy with them and has experienced some offroad driving. I noticed they have a treadwear rating of 360 which is average for an all terrain tyre, might be due to that a softish compound is used in this tyre.
