**2010 RDS Thunder & Lightning Final**Board of The Year**
Dear Members,
The time has come for us all to get united and support the Australian X-Trail Forum in this very important and prestigious competition which will decide the Board of The Year for 2010 out of approx. 750 other boards on Runboard and the 20 finalists selected.
The voting competition has started and votes can be added HERE
Follow the steps below to ensure your vote is counted correctly:
1. Users who took part in the previous Board of The Year competitions can add their vote directly without making a post in the voting thread, as your username would already be registered on the Runboard Directory Forum and would allow you to vote directly. If however your vote can not be submitted for any reason, go to step 2 below.
2. New Users and those users who are unable to vote directly in the voting thread are required to make one post with a simple message (example: Voting for the xtrail forum...etc)
3. After submitting your post above in the voting thread, you MUST go back to the first page of the voting thread to submit your vote, so you need to select #13 from the list (which is the Australian X-Trail Forum) and press the VOTE button as shown in the example below
4. A successful vote will give you a message saying that "your vote was successfully submitted and registered" and you will be redirected to the voting thread after which you will see the voting results like this:
Please take note of the vote count before voting and after. The vote should increase by one after your vote. Please report any discrepancies here so we can address them with the Runboard Directory staff.
Good luck to us and may the voting begin
IMPORTANT: Posting just a message in the voting thread does NOT automatically add a vote, you must go back to Page 1 of the poll to submit your vote for it to be counted!

Re:
Hi Guys,
Sitting at 14 votes so far which is an awesome start.
It'll be excellent if we could reach 30 votes in the first day, just to make a statement LOL
Thanks to the members who are responding to my email which I have sent out last night and this morning asking for support. Your wishes and support for our forum (your forum) is VERY much appreciated and valued. Our forum wouldn't be in the finals without your dedication and valued support!
P.S. I apologize in advance to those of you who may have received the email twice, as the database of members and email addresses is quite HUGE and I haven't yet finished going through it, so there is a high chance that I may mistakenly double-up and send you an email again

Re:
Hi Guys,
Now at 25 votes and counting.
By the way, we have won the 2008 Board of The Year with 72 votes in total and last year's BoTY winner also scored 72 votes, however the record still remains with the 2007 BoTY winner which has scored 81 votes, so let's see if we can beat this record
