Brake rotors

Hi I am not sure if this has been posted before however I am about to replace my old genuine rotors with new DBA type. Can anyone give me guidance on the procedure for this. Is the only thing holding the rotor on is the wheel nuts and brake caliper ?

Yes correct.
DON'T UNDO THE HUB NUT !

You may have to tap the rotor with a hammer on the side a little while you are pulling it off.
And don't forget to release the handbrake when you are doing the rears emoticon

Yeah Mawzy, take the wheel off, undo the two bolts (14mm?) that hold the caliper on and tie that out of the way onto the strut.
Take the pads out, then use a 17mm to remove the caliper housing of the hub. If you have a rubber mallet give the rear of the disc a tap around the circumference of the disc, and it should slide off pretty easy.
Give the area a clean with Breakeclean and a brush, then reassemble the new disc. GIve the new disc a hit with Brakeclean as well, before you put it on.

Ok sure. Another thing if anyone can help is the torque settings for the caliper bolts (main bolts that hold the caliper to the hub assembly) please.

Hi Jal
How do I post photos so I may put in the procedure with images ? Also is there a description for replacing the front shocky shaft protector boots.
