Re:

I think that it would overdone coloured.
It would make the Xy look too tall.
I would stick to just black on silver, that way it would look like it was released from factory.
Just my opinion.

Re:

If I had a T31 exy and it was silver or black, I would leave them as they're because they would match these 2 colours perfectly. Any other colour, I would think of only colour-coding the bottom black portion of the hyper rails, as the silver finish of the hyper rails is already nice and shiny.

Just my personal take on this. emoticon

I agree Jalal, the silver is shiny already, not sure if having the black done to match the exy would be too much shine

Re:

In your case Matt, I would leave them exactly as they are as your exy is black and the matt black finish of the bottom portion of the hyper rails would match your exy perfectly.

Re:

I think the way the hyper rails come would suit the blue better as it would match the factory alloy wheels!

I am in agreement with all of the above to color coding and it would look awkward and really not suiting the exy at all!

Called in to the body shop on my way home this afternoon to see the progress of the transformation emoticon

All I am prepared to say at this point, is that the pieces (colour coded and drying peacefully) look schweeet! emoticon I can't wait for Saturday pick-up emoticon

Re: T31 Hyper Roof Rails WITH Lights (aftermarket accessory)

If 3 people have the rails, why dont all of you get the paint job that suits YOU?
Perfect time to individualise your car, as opposed to copying another one...getting harder with mass produced accessories.
Each to their own...regardless of the paint job, if you are happy with YOUR car...good stuff emoticon
Looking forward to some pics and install notes (make sure you get some install pics)
Cheers

Re:

True Dave, but there isn't much to paint in the T31 hyper rails (unlike the T30 ones which have a wider area for individualization), unless Stephen decides to paint them in bright yellow. hahahaha LOL emoticon
