Unfortunately the minister for war and finances has denied my application for this mod. emoticon

Go the factoy look mate, the colours are more suited. The others are that bold they look tacky.

Re:

Dan,

I was also thinking about the red base and silver top, the only problem I see with this combination is that the silver top will look like it's hanging up in the air and away from the car as the base will completely blend in with the body of the car and there will be almost no definition of the hyper rails at all.

Re: T31 Hyper Roof Rails WITH Lights (aftermarket accessory)

Jalal,
I looked at each of the photos a couple of times and I tend to agree with others that the factory look would be my preference for the red bull.
As I have a precision grey exy, I would need to assess each combination of that colour asy well but can also visualise the factory look as being most suited for me.
Now just need to convince the cheese and kisses that mods to the exy, including suspension lift, would be better value than a bathroom upgrade...........my chances are slim....very very slim. Unless the big red ball drops favourably for me.

cheers

Thanks Dave,

The factory look would definitely be suited for the following T31 colours:

* Silver
* Titanium
* Black
* Precision Grey

Good luck with trying to convince your wife about this mod LOL emoticon

Re:

The factory look would also suit the electric blue perfectly as the same type of silver is on the Alloy's as well!

I looked long and hard at what you did Jalal with the pics and to make them a conversation piece I must say factory look is much better.

Oh and by the way if you also add the front styling plate as I have on mine it adds to the look I would think!

Regards Scot

Re:

That's exactly the reason I photo-shopped these pics Scot, to help others decide on what theme would suit their T31 better. emoticon

Looks like the factory look wins and am certainly happy with your opinions guys. To address the issue Stephen mentioned of light shining through the silver top plastic, am gonna spray paint the inside of these silver covers in black paint and that will solve this "potential" problem.

OK, Hyper roof rails, here we come emoticon emoticon

EDIT: My painter and installer just called me after seeing these pics and he reckons the silver top and red base is the winner LOL emoticon He also said the factory look is his 2nd choice and it does look good.

Re: T31 Hyper Roof Rails WITH Lights (aftermarket accessory)

Jalal

For my two bits worth ...... for the Red Bull, the factory look certainly is the pic of the lot, with pic #4 a very close second.

But whatever you choose, it is your vehicle and only your decision counts (bugger what everyone else thinks emoticon )

My decision to code the base the same colour as the car was my choice and I am very happy with the outcome (it appears to make the car look taller and doesn't appear to be an add-on).

Can't wait for Woolgoolga to see the red and blue next to each other emoticon

Thanks Stephen, I know what you're saying, but when you like more than one choice it becomes a little bit complicated emoticon

You could always get a couple sets of hyper-rails Jalal, and switch them around as the mood takes you emoticon

PS
I tried calling Tony (Perfection Bodyworks) but alas, it kept going to fax. I reckon he's taken some time off during the school holidays. I'll do a drive-by on Monday (didn't get the chance on Friday emoticon ...... bloody EOFY crap!)

When will the Red Bull get it's wings, er I mean, rails?
