I will get Mel to check her roster, & see what weekend she has the saturday lunch shift off, that way she will only be having the sat nite off, but unfortunatly, she would probably have to go to work on the sunday. As soon as we can sort a date, we will let you all know. Will give you all as much notice as we can. Dave & Rox, you are more than welcome, to come along, as long as you don't mind, grown men drooling over your Exy. No restrictions on kids. (As long as they are house trained, can always get some kitty litter.) Any rules with kids as I have an 18 and 15year old daughter and a 5 month old son (yes I know silly people). I also work every second weekend (Qld police (NO I'm not a cop)) but would love the opportunity for Dave and I to meet people and get back into the swing of thingsnondisclosed_email@example.com (davnrox)Sat, 04 Sep 2010 21:51:12 +0000 Re: Meet & Greethttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2045573,from=rss#post2045573https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2045573,from=rss#post2045573So what dates are going to be proposed John or are you waiting for a suggestion?  If you are waiting for someone to start the ball rolling what about the 2nd and 3rd of October or 13th and 14th November! Was thinking of doing address via PM, But never thought of your second point. Will give it a bit more thought, & see what I can come up with. In the mean time, I'll see if anyone else reply's. Got your reply Scot. If you decide to go a head with this you will need to provide your address to members via PM. I have to warn you that it is best to keep this invitation open to members you personally know and whom you have met before, as one can never guess who may turn up at your door-step! The preferred (and safer) option for such gatherings is always a public place.nondisclosed_email@example.com (jalalski)Mon, 30 Aug 2010 19:57:20 +0000 Meet & Greethttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2045411,from=rss#post2045411https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2045411,from=rss#post2045411Hi everyone. Owing to Melinda's silly work roster; making it hard for us to get away, at weekends. We are thinking of having a meet & greet/ BBQ at our place; one Saturday Was wondering how many members & families , would be interested in coming along; from the N/E N.S.W. --S/E Q.L. areas. All you would need would be BYO meat, Drinks & swimmers. Will see what responces we get, then will throw a date around. Jalal, if this takes off, do we have to put it up as an official listing, with the disclaimer thingy???? Or can we just do it from here???
