Hi Andrew,
Just pull the silver surround that is around the radio outwards, it just is held in by clips.
Then you will see 4 screws that hold the radio and the flip down compartment in.
Thats it, easy.

it is seriously easy, as tony described. down the bottom (closer to the a/c contols) is might be harder to pull, but dont be scared, you wont break anything.
you will need two aerpro adapters to change over the head unit, one for the antennae, and one for the nissan harnees to ISO.
