Re: New Addition
Hi ALl,
just to give you all an update.
Rose has had the glucose drink to test for pregnancy diabeties and we got the results back yesterday that she has it. so know we need to go and see a diabetic educator and dietitian to try and manage her sugar levels without medication.
I really do feel sorry for Rose as she feeling like crap the whole 6m and now this. Shes fighting through although just makes it that little bit harder to enjoy the pregnancy.

Re:
Hi All,
Taliah Rose was born on the 7/10 @ 11am weighing 3.1kg and 51cm long with a 6.5hr natural labour and an epi.
Taliah hasnt been the best baby so far wanting a feed every 2hrs, although our first night at home she slept for 5hrs straight, we forgot what a few hours sleep feels like.
Mum and bub is doing great and dad can't believe he didn't faint during labour.
Samuel

yes I know although I feel "light headed" with the sight of blood and needles...that 2L bottle of coke came in handy in keeping my blood sugar levels up.
I should clarify coke = cocca cola
