With the deadline looming in a few weeks, I thought I would pop in some more info(first post has been updated with following details)

What to bring!!!!!!!

Lunch on Saturday and Breakfast and lunch Sunday!

Hi Scot, some bad news mate.

My son is working this weekend and it looks like Alex may have made the finals in baseball and will have to stay at home. Having said that, Vicky will want to stay and watch him play so it looks like I may be on my own.

If this is the case, I will forgo a cabin and will bring a tent for the night, but will still have dinner.

I will let you know as soon as I do mate. emoticon
