Re: The Golden Exy

Well i got the phone call today that my 240 Lightforce spotties have turned up.
Pick them up on Friday so i will be busy installing them over the weekend.
I'm going to feel sorry for the people that give me hell on the open roads that don't pull there lights down to low beam. emoticon

Re: The Golden Exy

Picked up my Lightforce lights today and i test fitted them
Image

While i had a few minutes i ducked into the local nissan dealer to ask how much a wiring harness for driving lights would be. The Shock answer was $187. The guy at the counter said to me would you like me to order them in Sir, as you could half tell i said not at that price mate. So off to the A** store i went to ask about one, no worries walked out the back came back and said $67. No probs!
Just so happens that Super***** is only a few doors up and i went there to find a smelly tree, walked past the dash mats and i was thinking i wonder if there is a X-trail one here, to my surprise they had 2 sitting there both for Series 1 models. Thankyou your all mine i said. emoticon

Noice lights, Adrian! emoticon

I just hope that I'm not the one heading towards you. I don't think my (puny) 180mm Roo Lites Image would be any match to your monsters! emoticon

The lights are massive, they look fantastic.
Are they HID or normal H4's.
Who cares, I do pity the high beam warrior at night if you happen to be coming the other way. emoticon

Re: The Golden Exy :Update 22/5/09

They are the H4's, 900 meters of light in pencil beam emoticon Good thing is that they are just 100watt bulbs.
After test fitting them i thought, there is room for two rectangle Dispersion lights sitting underneath the bar, one each side of the number plate emoticon
