I hope I can still get a response. Like Nick who posted the same in 2014, I'm also looking for a reliable and communicative mechanic on the north-side of Brisbane? I've just purchased a 2008 diesel Exxy just over a month ago and I would also like to take it somewhere close to home to sort out a few concerns. However, I'm definitely prepared to drive further away if someone comes highly recommended. Please PM me. Much appreciated. Thanks.nondisclosed_email@example.com (MUsXtrail)Fri, 22 Oct 2021 10:44:04 +0000 Re:https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2082623,from=rss#post2082623https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2082623,from=rss#post2082623PM sent.nondisclosed_email@example.com (mfeodoroff)Mon, 21 Apr 2014 08:59:00 +0000 Re:https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2082621,from=rss#post2082621https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2082621,from=rss#post2082621I wondered if someone might be able to PM me with some details in regards to a reliable mechanic on the north-side of Brisbane? My vehicle was purchased a couple of weeks ago and I would like to take it somewhere close to home. Having said that, it's been 50,000kms since I run-out of warranty but I still take it to my Nissan dealer mainly because of their professional approach and the fact that they don't mind me bringing all the parts and oils with me for them to change during the service, so am basically only paying labour.nondisclosed_email@example.com (jalalski)Mon, 10 Nov 2008 18:18:47 +0000 Re: Servicing in Brisbanehttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2019020,from=rss#post2019020https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2019020,from=rss#post2019020While you maybe right there steve, I would think that while you are under warranty it would be best for a Nissan service department take care of the car but it comes down to personal choice. I have had all my vehicles (both personal and work) serviced by Hondacare and have never had anything but the best experiences. They also offer a free drop-off service within the local area. Whilst they specialise in Hondas, they are proficient in all Japanese makes. Scott personally drives a Pathfinder and what he & his boys don't know about cars, isn't worth fixing . My father (who lives in Canberra) would rather drive up to Brisbane to get Scott to complete the major services on his Accord than to entrust the local Canberra mechanics. Scott is also very familiar with all the local Nissan dealerships and has a great rapport with their service departments and management. Give Scott a call and tell him that I recommended you Admin Edit: Non-nissan service business name removed. Please refer to the advertising rules within our forum.nondisclosed_email@example.com (loafer)Sun, 09 Nov 2008 22:42:23 +0000 Re: Servicing in Brisbanehttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2018968,from=rss#post2018968https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2018968,from=rss#post2018968West point Nissan at Indro is where we get out T31 serviced and I must say their service level has lifted to a very good level. Great communication as well as customer service. They seem to do what they say they're going to do and have never bullsheeeted to me - not that we've had trouble either. I supply my own oil and ask them to leave alone the K&N and they adjust the price accordingly. We have two cars serviced there. I'm only getting the major services done there since the Xtrail's out of warranty, due for the 120,000 now. They can do all the messy stuff like the drive train oils, brake fluid and coolant etc. nondisclosed_email@example.com (Eggins)Sun, 09 Nov 2008 06:28:54 +0000 Servicing in Brisbanehttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2018954,from=rss#post2018954https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2018954,from=rss#post2018954Hi All, Can anyone recommend a nissan service center in Brisbane (or any mechanic for that matter) that you've had a good experience with?
