Re: Hunter Range Trip

Both dates are equally bad for me (my sister's wedding on 25th and bucks the 18th). The only Saturdays free for us at this stage are the first 3 in November and December, but that's likely to change as this time of the year is very busy, with Clare going back to work at the start of November and then before you realise, it will be Christmas already!

Don't change your dates just for us though, as chances are something is likely to come up (Jalal can confirm our track record!). I'm not worried as there'll be plenty of other trips in the future...

Rich,

From now on your attendance confirmations are to be posted with percentages....showing the percentage of you being able to make it LOL emoticon

Based on what you posted here, you can post 0% chance of attendance at this stage. hahahahaha emoticon

Re: Hunter Range Trip

Hi Dave,
I am ok with both the 18th & 25th but Emma can't make either. Alternative dates would be 11th Oct' or 1st Nov'. However we will go with the flow, I will just have to find another co pilot for the day emoticon

Re: Hunter Range Trip

Hi Chris,

October 11th is the Bathurst 1000 weekend so I'm out for that one. The 1st of November is OK.

Let's set a date then....the Hunter Range trip with Dingomouse and Zipidee is on Saturday November 1st. Everyone is.... emoticon ...even Rich who may or may not be free on that date....sorry mate.... emoticon

Re: Hunter Range Trip

Hi Dave,
Im happy to leave the dates open still for a little longer as I can make it with or without Emma (& she is fine with that). So if members can register their prefered date (18 or 25 Oct, or 1 Nov) & then we choose a date this coming Thursday evening, how does that sound emoticon

Re: Hunter Range Trip

OK...no worries Chris.

So, by my calculations we have;

Chris and Emma; prefer 1st Nov
Dave; prefer 1st Nov
Alex; any date free
Tony; 25th Oct possibly. Is 1st Nov Ok for you Tony?
Wendy; Interested
Paul Mc; Prefer Oct 25th (is Nov 1st Ok as well Paul?)
Rich.......unsure....LOL

Anyone else? The preferred dates are Nov 1st or Oct 25th.

This is a trek many of us have started (but not finished) and is into some really remote country (considering how close it is to Sydney.)As mentioned earlier, as at January 08 I would rate it a grade 2...moderately easy. The Guides list it as suitable for "softroaders". Alex, this one might be a bit tame for you, but I'm sure we'll find some side tracks for you "rough riders" to tackle if you so desire.

Re: Hunter Range Trip

1st November is good for me. I'll ask Clare if the daytrip can be my (week-early) birthday present - that way she can't say "no" emoticon
