Ben,
As far as I know, there are no aftermarket towbar options for the T31 yet, so only the Nissan one is available.

What Hayman Reece supplies to Nissan Australia as OEM may not necessarily be the same one they sell as aftermarket and this we have noticed with the T30 towbars where the Nissan one and Hayman Reece look completely different and use different fitting methods and fixing points.

For Sydney based members, the Online X-Trail Shop can obtain the Genuine Nissan towbar for the T31 at a price of $450.00 (pick-up price) and this includes (the towbar assembly, towball chrome, towbar D shackle and towbar safety chain)
You would only need to pay for the price of fitting the towbar (which is around $80 at any 4WD shop) or the better option would be to fit it yourself and save money
