Re: Yerranderie Overnighter

I am pretty sure it is State Forest and the free campsite is on Water Board land (fully legit camping). There is also a paid site with hot showers nearby but I haven't stayed there.

As for towing a camper/trailer I am not sure from memory there may be a few relatively small erosion mounds.

I might do a reccy on the trailbike closer to the time to check out the conditions and report back. Brass Monkey weather on the bike at the moment now though =)

It is hard to tell looking at the hand drawn map

I'd say that it could be National Park or you have to go through National Park to get there upon closer inspection.

Re: Yerranderie Overnighter

Hi Guys,

It's been a while but I have been lurking. I've just been doing more riding than driving lately and actually saw a bit of the country this post is referring to, two weeks ago. We rode out to Taralga via Canyonleigh and Swallowtail Pass and back out to Mittagong via the Wombeyan Caves road and it was a great ride.

I love to take the X-Trail on an overnighter to Yerranderrie, so count me in.

Cheers.
