JAOS T31 Tail Light Garnish

Hi Guys,

As you have probably read already, JAOS products will soon start to appear as part of the online xtrail shop line-up and the T31 Tail Light Garnishes will be one of them.

Here is how they look like

I think they look nice and offer a good balance for the tail light, but I'll be interested in hearing your point of view about that as well.

The T31 JAOS Tail Light Garnishes are being imported and will soon be in stock. They will come un-painted or painted in black. They're made from fibreglass like the eyelids.

I don't like them, they cover up too much of the light.
I like the T31's rear lights.

Re: JAOS T31 Tail Light Garnish

Hi Guys,

I have received the JAOS goodies today and the tail light garnish comes in two styles:

1. Painted in black texture paint to match the black plastic moulding of your T31 exy

2. Primed and ready for colour-coding tail light garnish. This one can be painted to match the colour of your T31 exy. I reckon it will look awesome colour-coded, especially in the blue and silver colours emoticon

Having seen the JAOS products and their quality, I now wish I had a T31 to put them on. hehehehehe emoticon

Re: JAOS T31 Tail Light Garnish

Well Guys,

I had the T31 JAOS Tail Light Garnishes in a box here, but I would have never expected them to transform the look of the T31 exy as they did today when we test fitted them on Tony's xtrail.

The transformation was truly amazing and jaw-dropping emoticon

These are the black textured ones and they match the black plastic molding of the T31 exy by 100%. I can only imagine how the colour-coded ones would look emoticon emoticon emoticon

They thing I liked about them is that they do NOT block the lighted sections of the tail light at all, as I first thought when I have seen the pics. The openings in these garnishes are cut-out exactly according to the shape of the lens where the light is coming from.

HERE is a video showing the lights in action with the tail light garnish.

note to self: Must get a T31 soon cause I can't resist seeing these nice goodies without me having them. hahahaha

Jalal
As I tried to write in the last post (but obviously nothing came through), they look better on my Exy than they do in the original pics. I am considering putting them on.

They do look MUCH nicer on your exy than the JAOS pics for sure emoticon

They also cover that gap between the tail light and the body of the car, which I was a bit surprised to see on the T31.

Has anyone got the colour coded garnishes yet? I'm really interested to see what they look like, especially in Platinum!

The Black ones look good too Tony!

Cheers

Re: JAOS T31 Tail Light Garnish

Hi Guys,

I've been asked to show the Blue T31 JAOS Tail Light Garnishes in action, so here they're:

A Nissan mechanic was giving me a hand with these pics emoticon

After seeing the colour-coded tail light garnishes in action I have decided to only sell them colour-coded from now on. I think they look much better colour-coded rather than having them in the black texture.

Please note also that the pics above show a bit of the tail light showing from under them, that is because they're not properly glued in place. They look AMAZING to be honest emoticon
