Re: 2009 Australian X-Trail Forum Wall Calendars

There's a few of a series of photos I took that I can't decide which one to submit...

I'll just pick one I guess...

I assume you prefer landscape rather than portrait so they fit into the calendar without them having to be stretched to fit the page?

And are the rego plates still required to be removed? Seeing as these will be printed professionally, it might look abit ugly having a grey panel where the rego plate should be.

Here's my two submissions:

 Image Image

Both taken on the last day of 2007 while we were @ Oberon - the first photo is at the top of a very steep track I found when I went exploring on my own, the second photo on the steep hill near the dam on my in-laws' property.

Yes Rich. Still required, as I will be editing all rego plates to display a standard number plate design or forum URL instead.

Nice pics mate. Thanks.

Brett's entry #1. I think it was an obvious one.

I just love this photo that Matt took during the Newnes trip. Any time you can get a 10 foot splash out of a 2 foot puddle is pretty damn good.

Thanks again to Matt, for taking the shot and supplying the larger version.

Jalal, feel free to crop it to show a better action shot.

Good stuff Brett. Definitely need the high resolution version of it from Matt, so if you do get it from him, please replace with this pic.

Re: 2009 Australian X-Trail Forum Wall Calendars

Hi Jalal
Do you have a deadline yet for submitting photos?
When do you plan to select the shortlists for each month?
I've got a couple favourites in mind, but could still come up with others between now and then.
cheers

Re: 2009 Australian X-Trail Forum Wall Calendars

Hi Julie,

No deadline as yet, as the number of submitted photos thus far is not large.

As soon as we reach a total of 24-30 photos submitted in this thread, I will start the shortlist process.

I would like to submit the following 2 photos on behalf of a couple of members for inclusion into the voting poll:
