I think it'll be easier to coordinate by having the Sth Australian members post their information and preferred dates here for greater visibility to the rest of the members attending.
Just a thought.
P.S. You're more than welcome to link this thread to the Sth Australia 4WD club to get more participants as well.

Good idea Greg, We have been getting quite a few South Aussies joining the forum lately so should be able to get enough interested.
We are at Williamstown but "Have Exy Can Travel"
November for us is booked up til the 25th & there will be the 4WD club christmas picnic sometime in December but don't know the date yet.
