International Recognition of our forum!
Hi Guys,
What more could we ask for really?
A Canadian Car Magazine writes a review about the exy and in it they refer to our forum as the source of excellent information and encourage potential xtrail buyers to refer to it for information
I am over the moon after reading this LOL
The article can be read HERE
P.S. There is a mention of an Aussie xtrailer there as well LOL

Re: International Recognition of our forum!
Dear Members,
Our forum has hit the spotlight yet again and this time in South Africa
Leisure Wheels is a South African based motoring magazine that does reviews about the newly released models and evaluates them like many other car reviewers do around the world.
This time Leisure Wheels have published a full review about the New Exy T31 and their exciting test drive/adventure through the roads of Mozambique in Africa.
The full article can be read HERE however this link will only remain active for the next 2 days as the magazine has just re-activated it for me to share it with you guys.
Should the above link go dead, you will be able to read the article in PDF format HERE and I have uploaded it on our forum server.
It is nice to see the T31 tackling such a rough terrain and to the satisfaction of the reviewers, but it is also nice to see our very own Aussie Forum mentioned in this article in its full glory
Here is a quote I liked:
quote:
X-TRAILing in the land of Aus
Australia boasts one of the most active Nissan X-Trail communities in the world.
How true that is and it is thanks to you, the loyal members of this forum!!

Re: International Recognition of our forum!
Hi Guys,
Yep, you guessed it
Our forum has hit the spotlight again and this time in Italy
Fernando from the Italian X-Trail Club has kindly sent me an email with an article that talks about our forum that was published recently in one of the Italian 4x4 Magazines La Mia Auto 4x4, so here it is:
Fernando provided the following translation of the article:
...Also in the antipodes
How is the X-trail in Australia? It's little different and very much appreciated. The forum dedicated to it, www.australianxtrail.com.au, has a dynamic and definitely shear, it's different from the glossy "owners club" on which we discuss calmly about the suv.
If any of you can provide a more accurate translation, please feel free to do so

Re:
ok here it is, like most languages a lot is lost in translation....
It is titled a Sense of Belonging..
It basically says there isn't a car club for every car although there seems to be car clubs for all the SUV's as they are on the increase.
It then says a little thing about the new cayenne.
It then goes on how SUV's are masked behind the softer definition of suv, although the nice xtrail made of offroad DNA of its predecessors, something which the public is not hard to realize, so in 2009 arrived the Italian xtrail club a growing partnership that already has contacts in five regions
Like the xtrail in Australia, a little different and very much appreciated. www.australianxtrail.com.au the forum is dedicated to being dynamic, and different from the glossy club owners on what you would usually discuss about the suv.
The way I read it is they are comparing the australian & italian xtrail forums and how popular they are, although in a nice way saying how the australian site is diverse although the italian site being more of a glossy magazine which doesnt get into the nitty gritty of the issues
