Re: State Challenge
To be fair, it will be considered a run for QLD with a NSW participant, just like it would have been the case had Dan (bfa) would have been able to make the coming NSW event.
P.S. My TV reception was playing up cause of the storms we had, what happened? hehehehe I've been told that blues turned green and maroons turned bright red, looks like a colour mix-up has taken place because of the weather. hahahaha

Re: State Challenge
Kev,
It will depend on the number of participants from QLD. If the NSW guys decided to have fun in QLD territory with no one from QLD involved in the event, then it would be a run for NSW no matter where it is held, if we have QLDers involved in that run, it will be a run that will get recorded for each state equally no matter who organises it. Think of it as a "forum" effort, rather than State specific effort in this case.
Should you guys have a more complicated question than this, I will have to speak to my solicitor. hahahaha
