Re: Sydney meet - attempt 2

When you see a very large group of all the same vehicle, it does look pretty impressive. Matt would know what I'm talking about when I mention "Pulsar Cruises" where we have had well over 30 Pulsars on many occasions over the years doing long drives, to Robertson Pie Shop, The Gong, Terrigal, etc... It's hard to keep that many cars together in one group, and some other drivers don't appreciate being surrounded ("sandwiched" or "boxed-in" are better words) by us. It can get dangerous, too - we had one idiot in a company ute decide to fly past our group (which was quite spread out) on the right side shoulder of a divided highway, flicking up rocks and debris behind him.

What an idiot! Saw a guy overtake on the hard shoulder of the F3 the other day. Most frustrating because who knows what could go wrong.

Anyway... I haven't added much to this yet but I'll be in for a bit of a tour/get together. Looks like we are having a bit of a State of Origin here.. Jamie is getting another QLD thing together.. we are really being out done here in NSW.

Those photos shoot albums on the Main Site are screaming for updated pics emoticon

Needless to say that I would like to turn this NSW meet-up into the biggest one we ever had, so come on guys (newbies as well) join in the fun and lets turn some heads on the road with our convoy LOL emoticon

Re: Sydney meet - attempt 2

The location is still up for discusion, but we must consider a 'middle ground' for those who have extra travel, from the Central Coast and Central West.
