Re:

 A. Size - 235/60R16
 B. Dueler A/T D697 on Rock Crawlers 82 (a bit less offset = 8cm wider track)
 C. Cost - ... uhh ... dunno ... I think around 250 AUD per tyre
 D. Level of satisfaction - ok, did about 65k with even wear and no issues. Reasonable amount of offroading and soon they'll go onto the trailer.

SIZE: 235/65/17
HANKOOK DYNAPRO ATM ALL TERAIN PATTERN
$235 EACH F&B
only just got them however have found the to be very quite for a agresive at tyre, they handle very well in the dry and from a reports should hold on well in the wet. Fyi I would advise a spring lift before fitting as this is a big tyre and not sure if it would fit stock springs.

Re:

A. BFG 225/70/16's
B. A/T
C. $1076 fitted and balanced
D. So far I am very happy with the tyres - a little bit more road noise than the Goodyear eagles that were on my 18" wheels. I haven't done enough km's to get a good idea on fuel economy but from what I have done so far I think the new tyres are maybe 0.3-0.5L / 100km's less efficient - time will tell

A. Coopers CS4 Touring 225/70/16
B. 90% Road, 10% Off road
C. $165 per tyre fitted and balanced
D. Noticeable as I pulled out of the yard, much more grip, a lot better than my mismatched cheapies from the previous owner.

This is on a T30

Replaced OME 215/65R16s on stock rims with:

A: 235/70R16 Dueller 697s
B: AT
C: $1,250 for 5 tyres incl. lifetime wheel alignment (for the life of those tyres)
D: very happy so far. Fitted in Brisbane and drove to Mt Isa that day fully loaded inside & on roof racks of Exy plus towing large trailer. Tyre noise is no louder (or noticeably audible) like existing stock tyres. Unsure of fuel economy advantages just yet. Corrected the 5.5% Speedo error so that now it reads exactly as GPS! Very important :-)

*Update*
I'm pretty sure fuel economy with larger 48mm tyres is crap. Town driving <450km (not really lead foot), hwy 350km towing small box trailer, hwy 650km (I think) just family and luggage. Hwy driving speed average 110kmh
