Welcome to the forum and I must say the first thing I noticed was your user name I was thinking he will or already has lowered his Exy and I just need to ask what brand of spring did you use to lower the Exy before Matt (ywait)asks the question

Tague,
The rear plastic protection can still be attached with the factory towbar, its just needs cutting and fiddling around to be able to have it fitted and most dealers don't do that.
This plastic tray serves no purpose other than collecting rocks and rattling, so you'll be better off without it.
Have a look HERE to get an idea what can you expect to see with this "rock collector" on
The towbar is not that bad looking at all if you keep it clean and freshly painted.
Then you also have an option to cover the towbar fully with the Rear Towbar Step
