Hi Jaron,
Welcome to the forum and I must say the first thing I noticed was your user name I was thinking he will or already has lowered his Exy and I just need to ask what brand of spring did you use to lower the Exy before Matt (ywait)asks the question

Re: black on black

LOWTRL,

After looking at the pic of your awesome looking exy, I noticed that your tow bar is still hidden by the original black plastic cover.

Is it a genuine nissan towbar?

Reason I ask is that all the exy's with towbars that I have seen look aweful with the big ugly bar exposed.

I have wanted to put a towbar on for a while now, but until I find out what brand still allows for the plastic guard, i'll have to do without.

Re: black on black

Tague,

The rear plastic protection can still be attached with the factory towbar, its just needs cutting and fiddling around to be able to have it fitted and most dealers don't do that.

This plastic tray serves no purpose other than collecting rocks and rattling, so you'll be better off without it.

Have a look HERE to get an idea what can you expect to see with this "rock collector" on

The towbar is not that bad looking at all if you keep it clean and freshly painted.

Then you also have an option to cover the towbar fully with the Rear Towbar Step emoticon
