Re: The mad hill climb

Everyone needs to have a look at this!!
Now this is a hill climb!
The car is a Norma M20 powered by BMW. I bet you never heard a BMW motor sound like this. Gear box is manual, have a close listen and you can always tell what gear is selected, it's also displayed at the top of the dash but you can't always see it for the wheel.
The driver is the 2005 French hill climb champ.
Be sure to turn the sound up, and keep an eye on the scenery flashing past to get an idea of the speed.

Norma M20

I have a decent copy that I can email to people, although it is just over 10mb so takes a long time to download.

Cool.

It's comforting to know that there won't be any oncoming traffic when you do this sort of thing LOL emoticon

Re: The mad hill climb

Here's another good hillclimb worth checking out: Pikes Peak and Ari Vartanen in a Peogeot 405, 1988.
It's so high that by the time cars get to the top, they have about half the power they started with due to the thinner atmosphere.

One-handed into the sun and so dusty sometimes you can't see where the road goes! emoticon Awesome.
