 Hi you can get silver, black, blue and a red braided brake lines that is. They make different colour plastic outer shieldings .And make shore that they are rta approved lines? they need to be stamped with a serial number. They have the brake pipe fittings with a rubber sleeve over the braided line the rubber is so that the braided line will not work it's way out of the fitting and the price that I've been quoted about $90 to $100 each line over the phone not fitted.The braided lines are as post to give you a firmer brake peddle.

I still have my factory GT hubs, rotors, calipers, wheel bearings, etc.

Not sure if there was a difference between the QR and SR models?

If not, I will bring them to Sydney with me in a few days and try to meet up with Jalal. If they are larger and fit, they are available for purchase emoticon

They need new rotors and pads... I can probably sell the lot with new slotted DBA rotors(no pads, rebuilt calipers) for under $600 if anyone is interested.

Jalal,

I'll be fitting the EBC brake pads ASAP. After 800kms the front mags are covered in brake dust and they look crap.

The same issue occured on my new Pulsar SSS when I purchased it in 1999. I have a great (non Nissan) factory mechanic who does my service and he is more than happy to fit the EBC pads for me.

You can actually change them yourself and save $80 or so, unless he's a VERY good friend of yours in which case he'll charge you less emoticon

If you're good with a rachet, there will be no problem following the DIY Guide emoticon

Takes about 30 mins max.

Just a small word of advise. Never get drilled disks for a 4x4s. They don't like rapid cooling and can warp easily. (ala river crossings). Best left to the track only.

The slotted disks would make an improvement in repeated stopping and improve overall Brake bite.

Cant remember where i read it - i think it might have been on the pulsar forums...
Anyway some guy spent several thousand on a hardcore race brake setup which required warm up and cool down procedures every time before really pushing them hard.
So, the first time this guy went out and drove on them, he punched it and actually shattered the disks...
Bummer eh...
