Re: T30 bash plate

My bash plate arrived from Atlas. I ordered the cheap one, and the more expensive one arrived, bonus! The prices have gone up since as well. I payed 180 euros for what is now a 390 euro bash plate from Atlas. Sweet.

It ended up being about $400 australian delivered.

Based on the increased price it would cost $700.00AUD delivered if you were to import it now.

Hi Guys,

Just received confirmation from the supplier that the T30 Bash Plates will be arriving to me by end of next week.

I will be contacting those who pre-ordered one for payment early next week, so I can process the orders and dispatch the bash plates to you as soon as they arrive.

Re: T30 bash plate

Hi Guys,

The T30 Bash Plates have ARRIVED!!

I couldn't believe how fast TNT delivered them from overseas, as they were only shipped on Monday and got here today, that's faster than our local (Australian) post for normal letters LOL emoticon

All those who have pre-ordered one will be getting an email tonight with payment details and I'll start processing orders on the weekend.

I'll be busy packing these goodies this weekend it seems emoticon

P.S. Those of you in Sydney wanting to order the T30 bash plate would be able to pick it up from me in person.

Re: my custom made 3mm Aluminium front bash plate

So as i was in formed there where no t 30 bash plates left i realised i would have to do things the hard way and make my own... I guess this is where luck and perfect timing comes into it as i was doing a massive job at work and there where lots of 3mm Aluminium sheet off cuts. so as i was also given the keys to work a week before i took it apon my self to start my own pimp my ride episode. to the point - So my bash plate is nearly done theres some minor rattles with it as i made a kind of U bolt out of stainless which goes over the bottom sub frame next to the auto box and i think the bolts are rattling against the exhaust. This has been the hardest bit so far making it not to rattle. I really need a hoist to go underneath and have a look as its tighter than u think under there well to get the bolt to sit comfortably so i can do both bolts up even so the plate doesn't twist to one side. Like i said I'm very close to finishing it so a few more tweaks and should be good . on the front it bolts onto the 4 threaded holes in the front 2 spare and the 2 where the bumper bolts on to . it covers both the standard plastic covers. and finishes pretty much where the auto box drain plug is. it is very sturdy even out of aluminium its hit a few rocks on my last outing at duck creek road. and it acts like a giant ski. i will put some photos up shortly once i finish strengthening the sheet at the rear where the bolts go and get rid of that rattle.

To stop the rattle, puts some thin rubber pads between the Xy and the plate.
