Re: Xtrail Snorkel
Cost probably $400-$450 all up. I don't know if I would be keen to install a snorkel on someone else's car. I'm no professional and if I buggered it up I would never live it down.
Making another snorkel using my car would be very difficult/impossible as mine is not easy to remove at all. Happy to provide advice along the way if you have a go yourself.
If anyone lives local to me I'm also happy to give some hands on help.

Re:
Just waiting for my mate to organise the Hilux Surf snorkel to see how much it doesn't fit by, then we'll take it from there....

Re: Xtrail Snorkel
Not sure about the relevance of your post there Michel. You're trying to sell a T30 wheel carrier by posting in the X-Trail snorkel thread?

Re: Xtrail Snorkel
Just bought a new head for my snorkel. It's got a bigger intake so I'm hoping it will quieten down the sound of the snorkel and also increase the 'ram' effect at highway speeds.
77mm snorkel head
I borrowed the head off a mates 70 series cruiser to make sure it fits OK. The head is basically what you would get on a Safari snorkel. Will post photos when I get it delivered.
