Re:
Dave,
Don't over complicate it mate, it's just a plastic cover, so there is very little that can go wrong with it.
For 49 bucks I would have snapped it up straight away, but you waited far too long and if you gonna get a new one through Nissan, expect to pay over $200 bucks, which in my books is insane

Re: Engine Cover (Genuine & Aftermarket)
Yeh your right Jalal, I do tend to 'overcomplicate' things at times, point taken...
You wouldn't believe what I'm like when doing any personal shopping, talk about procrastinating...
I was just wonderring if there might have been a crack/s in the plastic, not able to be seen from the photo and the seller avoided giving me a direct answer ...
To be fair though {to Me:} I did email him as soon as you gave me the link and he took 2 or 3 days to reply {remember I don't have a paypal account} and I asked him if he would accept another form of payment and also if he had the bracket, and again it took him 2 days to get back to me, his loss though as I was prepared to pay his asking price and he ended up selling it for cheaper than that.
Correct me if I'm wrong but those Sentra models are available in the UK aren't they? If so as I posted earlier I can easily orginise my old man to pick up one from a wreckers, there's no way I'll pay Nissan $200 for a piece of plastic.
CeLa Vie, we live and learn, hopefully ...

Re:
Don't think the Sentra Spec-V is available in the UK. It might be sold there under a different name, but am not sure what it is.

Re:
That's the T30 engine cover Scot, the T31 piece of plastic is triple that price (for some weird reason)

Am looking for an engine cover for my T31 Petrol.
Really? Got a spare $500 bucks to spend? LOL
Seriously though, I think I found the answer to this riddle and it is the same answer we had with the T30 engine cover....yep, you guessed it. The 2009 Sentra Spec-V in the US is what we need to strip this engine cover off, as it shares the same engine with the T31 petrol
It even has a nice little Nissan badge on it.
Now, who's going to the US soon to find out the price of this baby from there?
