Re: Engine Cover (Genuine & Aftermarket)
Ok guys I've just bought the unpainted engine cover from this guy for US$53 (including postage). Now waiting for it to arrive,
His 2nd engine cover, (the glossy black one), is probably still available.

Just received my engine cover from a bloke in the US. I paid US$55, which included US$27.75 for 7 day air freight.
Log on to the forum below and then check out the 'Classifieds' section. Due to most of these guys preferring the look of the empty engine bay so they can show off their cai, leads, wires, etc, most just remove the cover and throw it under the bed. Add a 'WTB' (wanted to buy) advert and you will be suprised at the response you get.
The total package weighs 3lb.
Just make sure you request the side bracket, the 2 engine screws and 2 bracket bolts.

You posted this back in Feb 2006 Brett and I can't find the Classifieds section there anymore.
I think the forum layout may have changed since then.
Also, did you have to register to put up a WTB post ?

Re: Engine Cover (Genuine & Aftermarket)
Kev,
The classifieds section has been removed from the v-board, please refer to a link I provided on page 1 of this thread for the b15sentra forums where you can still find the engine cover selling, but you need to become a registered member there.

Re: Engine Cover (Genuine & Aftermarket)
Kev, I just registered so maybe it is something to do with your network??? Of course, I have to wait until I get home before I can activate it as I used my home email address and I can't access that from work, doh!!!!!!
Jalal, how did you end up paying for this item, if you don't mind me asking? Bank cheque, credit card, bank transfer or do they do paypal by any chance?
