Re: Torque Steer

Rich and Adam,

Read the service manual of the exy and you will know why I said they won't touch it emoticon

Even the dealer was hoping I would say "leave it like that" and I later found out why, when I had a look at the service manual.

This is not a Pulsar mate LOL

Re: Torque Steer

What they mean is you put the steering wheel straight then adjust both the track control arms.

Possible, but why 2 tyres places and the dealer didn't correct the problem if it was so straight forward? Maybe it's just my bad luck.

Re: Torque Steer

I have also noticed torque-steer after fitting the Full Exhaust Upgrade and it adds some extra fun into driving the Exy.
Can be a problem with oversteer when turning right in a hurry emoticon

Using AUTO mode reduces it quite a lot and makes the Exy handle very well under hard acceleration.

Re: Torque Steer

i stoped my tourqe steer with 245 tyres!!

i now leave mine in auto mode all the time aswell. It handles so much better. I can push mine through round-abouts allmost as quick as i could in my old sss pulsar. it really shocks people in their lowered lancers and the like!!
